Dr. Jeffrey Goh, a renowned Bible Teacher & Evangelist from St. Peter’s College, Kuching will be here to conduct the Seminar at the Church of St. Simon, Likas from 4^th to 6^th July 2008 (Fri-Sun). Fee is RM25.00 per person (inclusive of lunch & refreshment).

The Children’s Liturgy of the Word Ministry is organizing this retreat from 5^th to 7^th June 2008 and open to children aged 9 to 12. Registration fee is RM80.00 per person.

Registration will only be opened at counters outside the Church before the Sunset and Sunday masses. The registration forms are also available at SHC Parish Office during office hours. Closing date: 25^th May 2008.

May is the month of Mary. Every evening throughout the month of May, Rosary will be recited as follows: -

Please note that due to the First Friday service at the Blessed Sacrament on Friday 2^nd of May, the recitation of rosary on that day will be held at the Grotto.

The Parish Discernment Weekend 2008 starts on 23^rd April 2008. All registered participants should be at the Bundu Tuhan Retreat Centre by 4.00pm on 23^rd April 2008. Those who have requested for transportation will be contacted by Ms. June of the Parish Office with the details of the transport arrangement. Please get in touch with the Parish Office if you have not received a call by 22^nd April.

The final count of all possible participants is 190 in number. Please pray for the success of this Parish Discernment Weekend 2008.
