Greetings Sisters and Brothers in the Lord,

I am forwarding the latest updated schedule ( 3rd Week August 19 - August 25 2007). Kindly check the schedule and if there is any changes or additional, please let me know or call Miss June Augustine at the SHC Church Office.

I will try to keep all concerned updated on the Visit.

For your information, Monsignor joined the visit on August 22, 2007 (Bukit Padang). Dr. Jeffery Soon also joined a couple of times. All the Parish Councillors were urged to join in the visit. That is why this schedule is also posted to them.

Last night, I was asked to brief the SHC PPC on the PFV. From the meeting, several things came up. The Rector wish to meet all the 20 Zone Coordinators and all the 50 Visiting Team Leaders on September 10, 2007 (at the SHPC at 8.00pm).


1. With that, kindly make all the arrangement to attend this meeting. If you have made a visit on the same date, kindly re-schedule it.
2. All Zone Coordinators, make all effort to get all the Visiting Teams in your zone to attend this meeting.
3. Please prepare to brief the members at the meeting on how your zone is doing, the problems encountered and any untowards incidents that may have happened. Do present any proposal/s that may help make the rest of the visit better.
4. Organise with the Visiting Team/s to visit all the families that missed the visit for whatever reasons.
5. I attach a LIST of late registrate families for your reference. Do re-check against your list. Make arrangement to include and visit those not listed earlier.


Please note that the Rector wish all coordinators to make extra effort to get the children to join in the visit. Make extra effort to encourage parents to get their children to join in. It had been noted that at the many of the visits, children were absent....for whatever reasons.

Sisters and brothers in the Lord, I know this is going to put extra pressure to your already busy schedules. I only pray that you will make the extra effort to complete this project with distinction. Amen
